Job Responsibilities
. Hunt and secure new business opportunities in the Singapore market
. Convert leads into sales revenue through strong prospecting and follow-ups
. Develop sales strategies and business proposals to grow market share
. Prepare market analysis and business plans to support growth initiatives
. Achieve revenue targets and clearly defined sales KPIs
. Work closely with internal teams to execute growth plans
. Attend networking and industry events to generate new leads
. Track sales activities and performance, and provide clear reports and proposals to management
. Maintain accurate CRM updates for all leads, enquiries, and quotations
. Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with the team
Job Requirements
. Minimum ITE / Diploma in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
. Hunter mindset - highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
. Strong interest in new business development and sales
. Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving environment
. Good communication and presentation skills
. Experience in B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatory
