Key Responsibilities Attend site show rounds, site walks and tender briefings together with senior team members. Review tender documents and highlight key requirements for internal discussion. Assist in the preparation, compilation and submission of tender proposals. Coordinate information and documentation required for submissions. Follow up on tender clarifications and client enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Prepare quotations and basic commercial proposals based on internal inputs. Support the maintenance of positive working relationships with existing clients. Ensure records, correspondence and documents are properly organised and maintained.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline
2. About 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development support, client servicing, tender coordination or similar roles.
3. Prior experience in cleaning services, facilities management or the built-environment sector is advantageous but not compulsory.
4. Good attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
5. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
