RRRTS is hiring a Business Development Executive (Corporate Sales) to drive B2B sales growth, identify new business opportunities, manage key corporate accounts, and develop long-term partnerships.
This role focuses on reaching corporate clients for bulk orders, corporate gifting, events, employee onboarding kits, and customized merchandise. You will work closely with the operations and design team to deliver tailored solutions based on client requirements.
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients across various industries
Conduct outreach via calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events
Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing packages for corporate orders
Follow up actively to convert leads into confirmed sales
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Account Management
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat sales
Understand clients branding needs and provide customized solutions
Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure accurate fulfilment of orders
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
Market Research & Strategy
Analyse customer segments, market trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities
Recommend sales strategies, packages, and promotions to increase corporate enquiries
Represent RRRTS at corporate events, trade shows, and networking events
Internal Coordination
Work closely with logistics to ensure stock availability and delivery timelines
Communicate customer requirements clearly to the design team for artwork preparation
Maintain accurate CRM records and update management on sales progress
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (anyone with good vibe we welcome).
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales preferred (corporate gifting, printing, F&B, or wholesale sales experience is an advantage)
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales may be considered

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, confident, and results-driven
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
Understanding of corporate procurement behaviour is an advantage
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders simultaneously
