Roles and Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable credit card solutions
- Drive credit card acquisitions while ensuring a positive and compliant customer experience
- Manage end-to-end application follow-ups and support customers through approval stages
- Deliver sales results responsibly, balancing performance with quality and compliance
- Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times
Job Requirements:
- Min secondary school level
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and bilingual
- Sales driven with the mindset of achieving set targets
- Self-Motivated and willing to learn
- Honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, friendly, energetic and outgoing
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
- Open to working 5 - 6 working days including weekend and public holidays
- Able to work and commit Retail working hours
- Good if have sales experience (outdoor or retail), if no, training will be provided
