Business Development Executive (Construction & Manpower Supply)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $4500

• Location: Jalan Besar

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 Hours per day

• Attractive Commission Scheme

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote construction and manpower supply services to local clients
• Develop new business opportunities
• Develop new clients and maintain existing relationships
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners
• Conduct market research and prepare marketing strategies and business proposals
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Achieve sales and business development targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (experience in construction/manpower industry preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with the Singapore construction market and MOM regulations is an advantage

• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Own vehicle preferred
