Business Development Executive (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Prepare product specifications for main contractors, architects, and consultants
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients

Requirements:

• Diploma, preferably in a construction-related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of sales relevant experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Confident, self-driven, team-oriented, and target-focused
• Comfortable interacting with professionals and site personnel
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Possess own vehicle (claims for CashCard, ERP, petrol, and parking provided)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Working Location: Island-wide
