Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and collect industry-related information, primarily within the real estate sector

• Analyze, organize, and summaries market data to support business development initiatives

• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for management review

• Perform data organization and basic calculations using Microsoft Excel

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and relevant industry developments

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and basic calculations

• Detail-oriented, patient, and meticulous, with strong summarization skills

• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
