Business Development Executive

We are an established F&B company in Singapore with plans for regional expansion. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives, including partnerships and franchising development.
Key responsibilities include:

.Support identification of new business opportunities locally and in regional markets

.Assist in developing partnerships and coordinating with potential franchise partners

.Conduct market research and gather insights on customer trends and competitor activities

.Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

.Support coordination of business initiatives, partnerships, and expansion activities

.Work closely with operations and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and business performance

.Assist in monitoring outlet performance and recommending improvements

.Provide administrative and coordination support for business development projects.

Skills & Requirements:

.Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field

.Experience in client relations, customer service, public relations, human resource, or service industry

.Strong interpersonal and communication skills

.Good coordination and organisational abilities

.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

.Experience in F&B or customer-facing roles is an advantage
