Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, build strong employer relationships, and support recruitment operations while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach companies needing manpower solutions to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with employers to drive sustained business growth
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop informed business strategies
  • Collaborate with recruiters to coordinate candidate matching aligned with client requirements
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with MOM regulations and agency policies to maintain legal and ethical standards
  • Provide regular reports on client acquisition progress and placement outcomes to stakeholders for transparency and decision-making
  • Apply a proactive, target-driven sales approach to effectively close deals and meet business objectives
  • Communicate and negotiate clearly in English to engage clients and finalize agreements, ensuring mutual understanding and successful outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

  • CEI License (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) or willingness to obtain one

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes aligned with MOM compliance to support effective operations
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or client acquisition fresh graduates with strong drive may be considered
  • Self-motivation, resilience, adaptability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve targets
