Business Development Executive (BDE)

GymKraft Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive.

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving revenue, building client and partner relationships, and supporting overall business growth in various countries market. This generalist role goes beyond sales - contributing to marketing, operations, and strategy to ensure the company expands sustainably.

We offer medical coverage, yearly bonus + performance bonus, paid time off and 40 hours work week.

Requirements

• Able to work on weekends. (Retail opening hours)
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of children, parents and adults
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or generalist roles (fresh grads with strong initiative may also apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team.
• Organized, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver.
• Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, presentation software, social media) is a plus.
• Ability to travel to Vietnam & Thailand on short notices.
