Role Overview
AUTO BIZ CAR PTE. LTD. is a premium automotive service company specializing in paint protection film (PPF), color-change wraps, and car detailing services.
We are seeking a proactive and business-minded Business Development Executive to expand our corporate partnerships, grow our B2B network, and support long-term business strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for cars, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's automotive market.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with car dealers, fleet companies, and automotive workshops.
- Plan and execute business strategies to increase sales and brand presence.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Provide input on new service packages and partnership models.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales (automotive or related industry advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with both English- and Chinese-speaking clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and result-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.

- Competitive salary: SGD 3,000 - 16,000 per month (basic + performance incentives).
