Job Description

We are partnering with an established company within the Building Materials industry to identify a motivated and commercially driven Sales / Business Development Executive Specialist to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the construction and building materials market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new business opportunities.
  • Identify and approach potential clients including contractors, distributors, developers, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product presentations to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand customers technical and commercial requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or other commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Experience within the Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing, Flooring, Concrete Admixtures, Roofing, Insulation, Adhesives & Sealants, Coatings, Façade, or related construction industries will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
