Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive (BDE)supports the operational, administrative, and coordination functions of the business, serving as a key liaison between customers, channel partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
This role is responsible for enabling smooth sales execution, accurate transaction processing, effective stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting to support revenue growth, profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage end-to-end order processing, quotation support, sales documentation, and related administrative activities
o Coordinate invoicing activities and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders
o Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data, contracts, purchase orders, and transactional records
o Maintain and update sales pipeline information, CRM records, and opportunity tracking data
o Support sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and consolidation of business performance data
o Act as the operational liaison between partners, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
o Coordinate pricing requests, delivery timelines, fulfilment updates, and related operational matters where applicable
o Support issue resolution, escalation tracking, and follow-up actions to ensure timely closure
o Ensure compliance with internal processes, approval workflows, governance standards, and audit requirements
o Maintain proper documentation for deals, contracts, claims, approvals, and supporting records
o Prepare regular sales, margin, orde rstatus, backlog, and operational performance reports
o Support management with data insights, trend observations, and follow-up actions on operational matters
o Provide administrative and coordination support to BDMs, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
o Assist with internal coordination, meeting follow-ups, task tracking, and ad-hoc business support activities
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
o 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, order management, or business coordination
o Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline
o Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-up capabilities
o High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and documentation quality
o Basic commercial and financial understanding, including pricing, margin, invoicing, and order fulfilment
o Proficient in Microsoft 365applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
o Organized, process-driven, and able to work systematically
o Able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
o Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
o Able to follow structured processes independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions
. Office-based role with minimal exposure to warehouse or operational floor activities
. May require occasional extended hours during month-end, quarter-end, or peak business periods
. Limited travel may be required for internal coordination, partner meetings, or customer-related discussions where necessary
