Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence for DvLED (Direct View LED) products across the APAC region, including the domestic market.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing distributor relationships, driving channel sales performance, and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts to drive overall sales growth across the APAC region and domestic market.
- Manage and convert opportunities generated through channel partners and regional accounts to achieve monthly and fiscal sales targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts (PSI).
- Drive revenue generation through effective partner engagement and channel development.
- Partner & Distributor Management
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partner and distributor organizations.
- Manage and monitor distributor performance, sales achievement, and PSI.
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
- Marketing & Product Management
- Formulate, implement, and execute marketing strategies together with distributors and channel partners.
- Educate partners on new product portfolios, promotions, and market positioning.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on product updates, pricing information, and dissemination of sales and marketing materials.
- Others
- Process distributor purchase orders and ensure timely coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and distributor performance records.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or account management within display solutions/ LED, or related industries.
- Experience in DvLED, digital signage, or display solutions is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of DvLED products, display technologies, and market trends.
- Strong network with distributors, system integrators, or channel partners across APAC is an advantage.
