With a strong regional presence with factories and offices in South East Asia countries, we are prevalent in the Data Centre industry and has evolved to become a system integrator for skids and power train unit containerized solution provider.
This is a newly created and exciting role based at our Corporate Headquarters in Singapore, as part of our ongoing business expansion. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a growth mindset to join our team.
This role offers excellent opportunities for personal development and exposure to high-level executive engagement, particularly in the fast-evolving AI related industry in Data Centre markets with DC market leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets across the region
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams for joint client visits and project pursuits
- Organize and support social events, regional exhibitions, factory visits, and client training sessions
- Design and develop new marketing materials
- Maintain and manage business tracking and reporting databases (Excel-based)
- Conduct weekly reviews of work plans and prepare progress reports
- Review commercial submission, power train unit (PTU) scope
- Build and maintain relationships with Data Centre operators, M&E contractors, and consultants
- Engage with customers outside of regular office hours, including networking and client entertainment
- Focus on primary market segments including, but not limited to, Data Centres
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or combination of Marketing or Business
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Prior experience or exposure to the Data Centre industry is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Proficient in speaking and writing Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through social and business interactions
- Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for networking
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive, service-oriented mindset able to perform under pressure and work effectively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within the region to engage with overseas customers
