We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth across our target industries. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
KeyResponsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Plan customer visits and meetings, and provide after-sales support to customers
- Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to expand market reach
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain and update sales progress reports
- Meet sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets set by management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O'Level / Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably in cleaning, industrial, electrical, or electronic industries (Freshg raduates with good initiative are welcome to apply)
- Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with customers
- Resourceful, customer-focused, and results-driven
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and sales-driven
- Possess own vehicle will be an added advantage
