Responsibilities:

  • Secure key projects by working with developers, architects, and contractors
  • Manage high-value tenders and large-scale proposals
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Guide and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in technical sales or BD (construction/M&E)
  • Experience in dealing with consultants and developers
