Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our corporate training portfolio, with a focus on WSQ-funded programmes.

This is not a passive sales role. You will actively engage business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers - building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

If you are hungry, confident in B2B conversations, and motivated by performance-based rewards, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients (SMEs & Corporates)

  • Promote and position our WSQ training programmes to decision-makers

  • Conduct meetings (virtual & in-person) with HR and business leaders

  • Understand client workforce needs and propose suitable solutions

  • Prepare proposals and follow through until deal closure

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience

  • Experience selling training, HR solutions, grants, or professional services is a plus

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable meeting clients and closing deals independently

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven

  • Strong follow-up discipline
