Job Summary:
Supports business development and bid activities. Coordinates with project teams and vendors to prepare timely, accurate submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
. Support bid preparation and coordinate documentation across teams.
. Liaise with subconsultants and assist with technical inputs.
. Manage bid databases and update marketing credentials.
. Prepare supporting content for proposals, interviews, and clarifications.
. Track and report bid status using CRM systems.

. Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Attributes:
. At least 3 years experience in bid coordination, proposal preparation, or business development.
. Experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) environment preferred.
. Strong understanding of tender and submission processes.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
. Experience using CRM systems.
. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
