Job Description

Identified, visited, and built relationships with existing and prospective customers, including wholesalers, restaurants, food-service operators, and wet markets for poultry and frozen chicken products.

Promoted and showcased product offerings, including fresh and frozen chicken, chicken parts, live chickens from Malaysia, and chilled distribution products.

Prepared and submitted sales quotations and proposals, negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients.

Processed customer orders and coordinated with internal teams (warehouse, import, logistics) to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

Maintained up-to-date product knowledge, including specifications, halal certification, and frozen/import handling, to answer customer queries and build credibility.

Achieved individual sales targets and contributed to team objectives, tracking key metrics such as order volumes, revenue, and customer retention.

Provided market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences, assisting management in sales and product strategies.

Ensured all sales documentation-including invoices, delivery notes, and returns-was accurate and complete.

Supported promotional campaigns, product sampling, new product launches, and special offers as needed.

Ensured full compliance with import/frozen meat regulations, food safety standards, and halal certification requirements.
