Responsibilities:
Assist in carrying out strategies set by the Business Development Manager within the designated territory
Establish and sustain collaborations with partners through structured business initiatives
Maintain regular interactions with partners to strengthen relationships and improve performance outcomes
Conduct in-person outreach to identify and onboard new business partners and channels
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or field-based roles (experience in FMCG or retail environments is an advantage)
Comfortable with a field-based role that involves frequent travel to retail outlets such as provision shops and mini marts
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence business partners
Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to developing and growing accounts
Basic negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with the local retail landscape is advantageous
Able to travel efficiently for work purposes access to a vehicle is preferred to support daily field activities
