Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out strategies set by the Business Development Manager within the designated territory

  • Establish and sustain collaborations with partners through structured business initiatives

  • Maintain regular interactions with partners to strengthen relationships and improve performance outcomes

  • Conduct in-person outreach to identify and onboard new business partners and channels

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or field-based roles (experience in FMCG or retail environments is an advantage)

  • Comfortable with a field-based role that involves frequent travel to retail outlets such as provision shops and mini marts

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence business partners

  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to developing and growing accounts

  • Basic negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with the local retail landscape is advantageous

  • Able to travel efficiently for work purposes access to a vehicle is preferred to support daily field activities
