Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel structure fabrication, structural steel works, and related engineering services.
Establish relationships with main contractors, project owners, consultants, and engineering companies.
Expand company presence in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial projects.
Project Tendering & Contract Negotiation
Lead the preparation and submission of project tenders, quotations, and proposals for steel structure fabrication and installation works.
Negotiate commercial terms, project pricing, and contract conditions with clients.
Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop long-term partnerships.
Attend project meetings, technical discussions, and contract negotiations.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Strategic Planning
Develop business strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
Identify upcoming projects and industry opportunities in the structural steel sector.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordination with Engineering & Production
Work closely with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure project feasibility.
Coordinate project requirements, fabrication schedules, and delivery timelines.
Support project execution and resolve commercial or contractual issues.
Revenue & Sales Targets
Achieve company sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis.
Compliance & Industry Standards
Ensure business operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Promote company capabilities in steel fabrication, welding, coating, and structural installation.
