Job Description:

  • Achieve consistent sales results aligned with revenue and business expansion targets.
  • Spearhead business growth strategies in onboarding new clients and retention of existing engagements in consulting sector.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts to build long-term relationships with corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to design and implement scalable business models.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in sales techniques and client management.

Sales & Client Onboarding:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during their initial phase, addressing questions and providing support.

Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase new client acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client needs and market trends.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in bringing high level deals worth 5 to 10 Million (SGD) or more.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
