Role Overview
The Business Development Director will lead the company's expansioninto Mainland China and Hong Kong. This role focuses on acquiring clients whoplan to relocate to Singapore for business, employment, and education purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for Mainland China and Hong Kong
- Acquire new clients for:
- Singapore company incorporation
- work visas (EP, DP, etc.)
- Permanent Residency (PR) and Citizenship in Singapore
- Education pathways for foreign children in Singapore
- Build partnerships with business owners, family offices, education agents, and professional service firms
- Represent TIP at networking events, roadshows, and business forums
- Coordinate with the Singapore team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve agreed revenue and client acquisition targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proven experience working with the Mainland China and/or Hong Kong market
- Background in business development, sales, consulting or corporate services preferred
- Bilingual as communication with partners, prospects and clients from Mainland China and/or Hong Kong market is required
