We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Director to lead OGOG's expansion roadmap, commercial strategy, and multi-outlet growth planning.
This role focuses on business scaling, financial modelling, and long-term growth strategy for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Expansion Strategy & Market Development
Develop and execute outlet expansion roadmap across Singapore CBD and key commercial districts.
Conduct feasibility studies including footfall analysis, rental benchmarking, demographic study, and competitor landscape review.
Lead lease negotiation strategy in collaboration with landlords and mall operators
Financial Planning & P&L Oversight
Develop financial models for new outlet CAPEX and ROI projections.
Oversee revenue forecasting and profitability optimisation across outlets.
Design cost optimisation strategies (food cost, manpower productivity, wastage control)
Commercial & Partnership Development
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with suppliers, aggregators, and commercial stakeholders.
Develop pricing and menu engineering strategy aligned with margin targets.
Lead commercial negotiations with vendors and landlords.
Operational Scaling Framework
Build scalable SOP frameworks to support multi-outlet expansion.
Develop performance KPI structures for outlet managers.
Implement structured performance tracking systems.
Strategic Planning
Support long-term business planning including regional expansion feasibility.
Provide strategic insights based on operational and financial data analysis.
Requirements
Proven experience in outlet expansion planning and financial modelling.
Strong understanding of commercial leasing landscape in Asia.
Demonstrated P&L management experience.
Strong negotiation and commercial decision-making capability.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
