Job Description

Strategic planning and business development for catering services.
Daily operations management, ensuring process efficiency and compliance with food safety standards.
Ensuring cost saving by planning and designing handling process.
Building key client relationships and negotiating major catering contracts.
Innovating product offerings in response to market trends and customer feedback.
Developing cost control measures and driving profitable growth.
Getting orders for corporate catering, managing and planning the catering services.
Understanding customers feedback and accordingly handling the customers feedback and making improvements.
Designing catering menu, buffet menu, preparing the cost sheet and quotation for catering services.
Managing catering services such as full-service catering, Buffet catering, drop-off catering, live station catering, seminar menu.
Other duties as required to be performed during his employment as Business Development Director.
