. Build the sales strategy to deliver profitable growth for the region.

. Develop and lead business development for the business.

. Actively drive the development of Sodexo's business by creating strategies for securing new business and renewing contracts specializing in generating additional opportunities for Sodexo (from relationship building to contract closure via solution creation, presentations and negotiations).

. Develop growth in new sectors, while maintaining our leading position in key markets and industries. Accelerate the grow in food and employee experience services.

. Accelerate the sales of workplace experience and workplace strategy consulting services.

. Qualify and convert pipeline with new clients, local clients and cross-sales.

. Create winning value driven solutions with appealing and commercial competitive offers

. Outside view to challenge existing ways of working and define new value proposition

. Leverage external parties to complement Sodexo value proposition whenever required.

. Be a trusted advisor by building strong relationships to become a trusted advisor and key influencer for prospects and clients.

. Lead sales to deliver complex win strategies for target clients.

. Create and maintain strong relationships with the wider network of business and industry stakeholders to stay informed on industry trends and movements relevant to target clients.

. Lead and drive solution design and develop commercial content for tenders to target prospects as well as current clients.

. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Sodexo products, services and propositions as well as those available in the wider market.
