: Business Development Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure aligned strategies and successful execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field an MBA is a plus.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the wellness sector.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs in the Singapore and broader Asian markets.
- Ability to travel regionally as required.
