BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

1. management positions are responsible for the main goals and plans in their functional areas, and formulate, participate in or assist the upper level to implement relevant policies and systems

2. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department employees

3. Maintain communication with sales staff, customer service department and other departments to analyze market trends and customer needs

4. Responsible for sales-related advertising plans, promotional activities, etc., and responsible for their planning, execution, and evaluation

5. Conduct business surveys and provide market positioning analysis reports for products and services

6. Promote new products and coordinate related matters.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, majoring in marketing or business management is preferred
