Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Acquisition
- Identify and target new potential and strategic partners within the assigned area.
- Develop tailored value propositions and product offerings to meet partner needs.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient conversion of new partners.
Strategy Implementation & Delivery
- Translate regional strategic plans into actionable initiatives for the area.
- Drive strategic account planning, ensuring timely and impactful partner interactions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
- Working closely with assigned Regional Managers and Account Managers to optimize Prime Hotels Opportunities and collaborating actively on all sub-region team huddles and planning sessions.
Growth & Product Optimization
- Ensure the team identifies opportunities to improve contracting quality and conversion rates.
- Support development of joint growth plans with partners for long-term success.
- Align optimization efforts with partner strategies to unlock new revenue streams.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers driving strategic partner acquisition and Account Optimization managers dedicated to deals optimization.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with company values and strategic goals.
Risk Management & Transition
- Oversee smooth transitions when moving products to differentiated teams, minimizing business disruption.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and risk mitigation during transitions.
- Ensure team follows processes and procedures.
External Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Support team members in consultative selling and strategic negotiations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in commercial roles with client-facing responsibilities.
- 8-10 years of experience in similar leadership role
- Strong background in contracting, negotiation, and account management.
- Experience managing teams and driving performance.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
