Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy for key global markets, with an emphasis on institutional partnerships, exchange relationships, and strategic expansion opportunities.
Lead high-level negotiations and relationship management with exchanges, liquidity consumers, market makers, and ecosystem partners.
Identify new markets, products, or asset classes where the firm can scale its services.
Liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, including legal, product, and other teams.
Analyzing and reacting to business competition and developments to maintain agility and responsiveness to clients needs and requirements.
Helping to build and develop a high impact BD organization
Ensuring business development objectives are met as part of a high impact business development team.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in business development in financial services
Proven revenue generating track record through business development or sales across global markets.
Deep understanding of digital asset ecosystems.
Good business acumen with excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong project and people management experience, good organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly motivated, persistent, results driven attitude and able to overcome barriers and get results through people
