This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving channel expansion and partner acquisition within the Forex / CFD brokerage space. The role focuses on revenue growth through structured partner networks and regional business development.
Develop and execute channel acquisition strategies aligned with company growth targets
Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), agents, affiliates, and white-label partners
Drive channel revenue and client acquisition through partner networks
Build long-term strategic partnerships
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams
Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
At least 5 years of experience in financial services
Minimum 3 years in Forex / CFD brokerage business development or channel expansion
Strong understanding of MT4 / MT5 trading platforms and product structures
Proven negotiation and partnership management skills
Commercially driven with strong target orientation
Experience using CRM and data-driven performance tracking
