Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact, dual-track leader who is strong in business development and highly experienced in education marketing and student recruitment growth. You will lead the team to achieve:

. Sustainable student enrolment growth and improved conversion

. Channel ecosystem build-out and partnership execution

. A brand- and strategy-driven recruitment engine

. New business expansion and diversified revenue streams

Key Responsibilities

1) Recruitment Growth & Conversion (Core KPI)

. Set annual enrolment targets and develop growth strategies and execution plans

. Build and optimize the recruitment conversion system, including counselling scripts, CRM workflows, trial classes/open days, offer management, and payment conversion

. Establish a data-driven recruitment operations framework with closed-loop metrics such as channel ROI, lead acquisition cost, conversion rate, cycle time, repeat enrolment/renewal, etc.

. Manage and enhance recruitment team performance and effectiveness

2) Education Marketing & Brand Growth

. Lead marketing strategy, including positioning, key value propositions, content strategy, and integrated campaign planning (online + offline)

. Oversee performance marketing and content growth across SEM, social media, short video, owned media, PR, KOLs, and campus partnerships

. Plan and execute key recruitment events such as open houses, info sessions, workshops, competitions, and institutional collaborations

. Strengthen employer/industry engagement and showcase student work and outcomes to enhance reputation and influence

3) Business Development & Channel Partnerships (BD)

. Build a channel matrix (local + regional) including agents, institutions, schools, communities, and online platforms to ensure a stable pipeline of prospective students

. Design partnership offerings and business models, such as joint programmes, co-branded courses, corporate customised training, and internship/employment collaborations

. Drive end-to-end execution from signing to delivery, ensuring partnerships translate into tangible enrolment and revenue outcomes

Requirements

. 10+ years of relevant experience in education recruitment, marketing growth, and/or channel business development 5+ years of people management experience

. Proven enrolment performance with the ability to present growth using data (targets, strategy, execution, results)

. Familiarity with the Singapore and international education markets is a plus (private education arts/design/film/music programmes preferred)

. Strong capability in channel building and partnership negotiation able to secure key partnerships independently and drive implementation

. Highly data-driven and execution-oriented, turning strategy into cadence, action, and results

. Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English (externally for partnerships internally for team leadership)

Preferred Qualifications

. Regional market experience (Southeast Asia/China/international student markets)

. Familiarity with CRM and growth tools

. Experience scaling from 0 to 1 (building recruitment systems) or from 1 to N (scaling growth)

. Experience in education product development and B2B corporate training projects
