Job Summary:

We're looking for a driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives and drive business expansion for our nursing home. You'll identify new opportunities, build relationships, and develop strategies to increase occupancy, services, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (partnerships, collaborations, new services)

- Develop and implement growth strategies

- Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Lead marketing and promotional efforts

- Collaborate with operations team to ensure alignment with business goals

- Manage budgets and forecasts for business development initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare management

- Strong understanding of healthcare industry and regulations

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue
