Business Development Director

Salary: SGD 15,000 - 18,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to lead our company's growth initiatives, expand strategic partnerships, and drive revenue opportunities across key markets. This leadership role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven experience in developing scalable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's business development and expansion strategy

• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

• Build, lead, and manage the business development team to achieve growth targets

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive integrated growth initiatives

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

• Prepare strategic proposals, presentations, and negotiation plans for major partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership

• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
