Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Development cum Operations Manager to drive revenue growth and oversee daily operations of our billiard club. The role involves business expansion, event planning, staff management, and ensuring smooth club operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow memberships, events, and revenue

• Manage daily club operations, staffing, and scheduling

• Plan and run tournaments, promotions, and partnerships

• Oversee facility, equipment, and inventory management

• Monitor sales performance, costs, and operational KPIs

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development and/or operations

• Experience in hospitality, leisure, or club environments preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
