Were Hiring Business Development Executive / Manager (Remote, Based in Singapore)

Location: Singapore (Remote-Friendly)

Employment Type: Full-time

Were looking for a Business Development professional to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing strategic deals. Depending on experience, this role can be at Executive or Manager level.

What Youll Do

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Develop tailored proposals and pitches to close deals

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver client solutions

Track pipeline, conversion rates, and business performance metrics

Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities

What Were Looking For

25 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset

Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B industries

Regional exposure across Southeast Asia markets

Multilingual skills for international business expansion
