What Youll Do
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Develop tailored proposals and pitches to close deals
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver client solutions
Track pipeline, conversion rates, and business performance metrics
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities
What Were Looking For
25 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset
Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
