Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and a passion for identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and work with internal teams to design suitable solutions.
  • Provide updates, insights, and reports to stakeholders on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen market position and identify new growth areas.
  • Support business planning and forecasting activities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on gotomarket strategies.
  • Represent the company at networking sessions, events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
  • Ensure smooth handover and coordination with delivery teams on closed deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
