What You'll Be DoingBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
Take ownership of building your own client portfolio. Proactively reach out to companies, pitch our services, and win new business. Develop relationships with key decision-makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
Commercial Relationship Management
Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client hiring needs, negotiating terms, and driving repeat business. Your success is measured by revenue, client growth, and long-term partnerships.
Talent Identification & Market Mapping
Identify and engage high-calibre professionals within your niche. Build strong pipelines through outreach, networking, and market knowledge.
End-to-End Deal Management
Drive the full sales cycle - from business development and candidate introduction to offer negotiation and placement. You are fully accountable for delivering results on both the client and candidate side.
Leverage Data & Tools
Use best-in-class systems, data, and tools to identify opportunities and improve your efficiency - but your ability to build relationships and close deals is what sets you apart.
