About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Consultants. In this role, you will help clients navigate their financial protection needs while building a rewarding, self-directed career with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking and referrals
- Conduct consultations to understand client financial goals and recommend suitable solutions
- Present and place insurance and financial protection products
- Manage and grow a personal client portfolio for long-term residual income
- Work toward team leadership milestones
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Willing to obtain MAS-regulated financial advisory licence (support provided)
- Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
