Role
The Business Development team is a high-impact, strategy and operations-focused team connected to the core of the business. We're looking for motivated self-starters with grit and hustle to join us on our journey to deliver world-class home and beauty services.
As a Business Development Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading and managing a few strategic initiatives that will have a direct impact on the future growth of Urban Company's business in Singapore. In this role, you will find 360-degree exposure to all key areas of the business. Your priority will be to define the priorities and operational needs to grow your category and take it to the next level. You will get to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on the local and international level.
You will also develop a deep understanding of the key markets and industries we're working in, and own the service journey end-to-end, including but not limited to: using tech/SOPs to manage our fleet of service professionals, identifying new market opportunities, launching new services, and designing a service experience that delights customers. You will get to experience both diving deep into data to break down problems and deliver insights, while also working hands-on to ensure best-in-class execution and deployment.
