Lead BD projects, including project preliminary screening, market research, build business case and proposal, seek alignment with cross function stakeholders and decision makers, negotiate with external partner, run TS and agreement redline, etc.
Spearhead BD project related cross-function communication internally
Play key role in BD project based internal communication, including routine report drafting for company OA system, monthly management meeting material prep, etc. Support alliance management and local partnering efforts
Serve as project manager for BD projects and initiatives, including project file organizing on cloud drive, and project record/log keeping on shared notebook
Contribute to BD scope and portfolio strategy
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual, able to communicate immersively in Chinese and English
