As an Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive organisational growth.
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners for effective collaboration.
- Coordinate client and partner engagements, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-ups.
- Perform market research to analyse industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare reports, briefing documents, and presentations for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, contacts, and agreements.
- Draft commercial documents including proposals, quotations, and business correspondence.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate events.
- Undertake additional business development, operational, or administrative duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
