About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join Alset International Limited as a Business Development Associate / Executive.
This role offers exposure to strategic business initiatives, investments, and partnerships across the Group's business verticals. The candidate is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant hands-on involvement in the businesses and visibility to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market research to support investment and business decisions.
- Prepare presentation decks and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of financial and valuation models for potential deals and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business areas or strategic initiatives.
- Use AI tools and platforms to enhance research, analysis, and presentation output.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ongoing projects.
- Provide analytical, administrative, and strategic support to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear and professional materials.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts (DCF, comparables, etc.).
- Independent, resourceful, and high-energy individual with a strong sense of ownership.
- Keen learner with curiosity about business, finance, and market dynamics.
- Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools and digital platforms for productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
