Business Development Associate (Digital/Telecommunications)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Associates to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking and referrals.
Identify and develop local and international business opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with clients, partners and key accounts.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales pitches.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored media and advertising solutions.
Develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Manage sales pipeline, targets and business performance reports.
Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions for clients.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in sales, business development, account management or a client-facing role.
Media, advertising or digital experience is an advantage but not essential.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
Commercially minded with good negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
