DeSuite provides institutional-grade middleware connecting global enterprise ERP systems (such as Oracle Fusion) directly to Web3 and stablecoin settlement rails. We enable corporate treasury teams to execute and reconcile digital asset transactions natively within their primary system of record.

Role Overview

Business Development Associate (Singapore - Hybrid)

We are seeking an ambitious, sharp Business Development Associate to join our founding team in Singapore.

This role is designed for high-potential graduates or early-career professionals who excel in communication, organization, and execution. You will work directly with the Founder to execute enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, manage prospect pipelines, and coordinate client outreach. Comprehensive guidance, target account data, and structured sales playbooks will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Outreach (50%): Execute targeted multi-channel outreach to mapped Oracle Fusion enterprise accounts.

• Events & Networking (25%): Represent DeSuite at treasury conferences and Web3 fintech events across Singapore.

• Operations & Admin (25%): Support day-to-day business operations, partner follow-ups, and CRM pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).

• Recent university or polytechnic graduate (0–3 years experience welcome). We value hunger and resourcefulness over GPA.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and reliable execution.

• Nice to have: Curiosity or interest in Web3, stablecoins, enterprise software, or modern fintech.
