Aire (XEL LIFECARE PTE LTD) is a modern consumer brand on a mission to redefine aging and perceptions around it. By 2030, over 60% of the worlds over 65s will live in Asia - yet 90% of those over 50 dont feel brands speak for them. We are an insurgent brand disrupting the status quo with a laser focus on customers, a deep empathy for their pain points, innovative product offerings and relentless pursuit of service. Since our launch in 2023, we have grown rapidly - our ranges are available islandwide from our website (www.shop-aire.com), marketplaces (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, Redmart), offline (NTUC Fairprice, Sheng Siong, Prime Supermarket, National Healthcare Group, Singhealth, Pharmex Healthcare) and many more.

We have closed our seed round of funding with participation from leading VCs and are on the path for a year of hyper growth. We are building out our team and are looking for ambitious, self starter talents who are excited by ownership and growth!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate with proven experience/ knowledge in the health and wellness industry and a strong network within consumer healthcare (eg: pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or other healthcare institutions). This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of healthcare providers and can effectively position wellness products or services that improve patient outcomes and support institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare settings
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for product implementation within client organizations
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to healthcare audiences
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales and tenders in accordance with company guidelines and targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and positioning
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and account status

Operations:

  • Liaising with vendors for execution of retail marketing supports with customers
  • Trade Marketing planning and execution with customers
  • Maintenance of Perfect Shelf Execution at all times with existing customers
  • Pre and Post analysis of investment effectiveness and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years B2B sales experience in the health and wellness or medical/healthcare sector / Background in consumer healthcare will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated success in selling to pharmacies. hospitals, nursing homes, or similar healthcare facilities
  • Strong knowledge of consumer health and wellness trends, products, and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC, Polytechnic or above
  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Possess valid drivers license is a bonus, language proficiency in Mandarin/Hokkien, Malay or Tamil would be advantageous

Base Salary + Commission Structure
