Job Description
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through multiple channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, industry exhibitions, and online platforms
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target segments
Present and demonstrate company products to prospective clients, explaining their features, benefits, and applications
Prepare and submit quotations, lead negotiations on pricing and terms, and close sales contracts
Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments, ensure timely delivery, and handle all related documentation
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of receivables
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by providing post-sales support and addressing any concerns or inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and business growth KPIs
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the home appliance, industrial materials, or chemical products sector experience with dehumidifiers or moisture control products is advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated in client-facing roles.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with local clients and Chinese suppliers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overseas for client meetings or industry exhibitions.
