Role Overview

The Business Development Assistant Manager supports the growth of the company's Live 3D 360 CCTV solutions by coordinating business development activities, aligning product capabilities with customerrequirements, and assisting in the execution of global customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

• Support identification of new opportunities across corporate, government, and security sectors.
• Assist in preparation of proposals, tenders, and technical-commercial submissions.
• Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and solution briefings.

Product & Technical Coordination

• Gather client requirements and coordinate with engineering teams on solution feasibility.
• Assist in preparing system designs, technical documentation, and integration plans.
• Stay updated on CCTV technologies, AI analytics, and industry developments.

Global Customer Projects

• Support project coordination for international CCTV system deployments.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements with internal teams.
• Assist in system testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance processes.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Provide market feedback to product and R&D teams.
• Maintain records of sales pipeline and project updates.
• Support participation in exhibitions, demonstrations, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Technology, Digital Media, Engineering, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in video-based technology solutions, digital platforms, or integrated security/ visualisation systems, with exposure to technical-commercial support.
• Ability to support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client engagement, and coordination of international customer projects.
• Good understanding of video workflows, system integration, and platform technology (e.g., video streams, visualization, cloud/AI platforms).
• Strong coordination, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills willingnessto travel when required.
