Job Summary
You will lead a sales team to drive business growth by managing key account holders and expanding new accounts across Southeast Asia markets. Your leadership and sales expertise will contribute to achieving strategic sales objectives and market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targeted sales goals and expand market presence in Southeast Asia
- Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow relationships with key account holders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by opening accounts in diverse Southeast Asia markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of sales experience demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, leading teams to deliver results
- Experience working in the security industry is preferred but not essential
